Ingredients

  • 1lb stewing beef, cut in chunks
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, cut in chunks
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced in rounds
  • 1 bottle Pulo Cuisine Kare Kare Toasted Peanut cooking sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Steps

  1. Add beef, carrots, red pepper, onion, Kare Kare cooking sauce and broth to a slow cooker. Stir well.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender.
