Ingredients
- 1lb stewing beef, cut in chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, cut in chunks
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced in rounds
- 1 bottle Pulo Cuisine Kare Kare Toasted Peanut cooking sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Steps
- Add beef, carrots, red pepper, onion, Kare Kare cooking sauce and broth to a slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender.
