Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled
  • 2 salmon fillets, each cut into 6 chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Pulo Cuisine Mango Chili Marinade, reserving 3 tablespoons for basting
  • 4 large wooden skewers, soaked in water

Steps

  1. Marinate shrimp and salmon in Pulo Cuisine marinade for 15 minutes
  2. Thread seafood and vegetables on to the skewers, alternating to make a pattern
  3. Baste kabobs with reserved marinade
  4. Grill on your BBQ, or broil in the oven for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through
