- Pulo Cuisine Lemongrass Atsuete Marinade
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- Tortilla Chips, approximately 32
- Cilantro for garnish
- Cut up chicken thighs to bite-sized pieces and marinate in Pulo Cuisine marinade for 20 minutes or more.
- Stir-fry chicken thighs until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
