Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pulo Cuisine Lemongrass Atsuete Marinade
  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1.5 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
  • 1.5 cups firm tofu chunks

Steps

  1. Soak 6 small wooden skewers in warm water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Thread alternating pieces of red pepper,  pineapple and tofu on skewers. Baste well with the marinade and refrigerate for 10 minutes or more while marinating.
  3. Place skewers on a baking tray under the oven broiler and cook for 5 minutes per side, watching to avoid burning. Skewers can also be cooked on low heat on the BBQ.
