Steps
- Soak 6 small wooden skewers in warm water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread alternating pieces of red pepper, pineapple and tofu on skewers. Baste well with the marinade and refrigerate for 10 minutes or more while marinating.
- Place skewers on a baking tray under the oven broiler and cook for 5 minutes per side, watching to avoid burning. Skewers can also be cooked on low heat on the BBQ.
