Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts and 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in pieces
- 1 cup Pulo Cuisine Lemongrass Atsuete Marinade
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
- 1 tbsp Ketchup (or Filipino Banana Ketchup)
Steps
- Cut Pork Tenderloin and Chicken Breasts into cubes
- Put the meat in a glass bowl and add all the ingredients, mix together then cover and place in fridge for 24 hours.
- When ready to grill, add meat to skewer sticks
- Grill for 15 minutes, turning sides every 5 minutes (chicken cooks faster than pork so watch carefully)
