Ingredients

  1. 1 lb chicken breasts and 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in pieces
  2.  1 cup Pulo Cuisine Lemongrass Atsuete Marinade
  3.  2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  4. 1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
  5.  1 tbsp Ketchup (or Filipino Banana Ketchup)

Steps

  1. Cut Pork Tenderloin and Chicken Breasts into cubes
  2. Put the meat in a glass bowl and add all the ingredients, mix together then cover and place in fridge for 24 hours.
  3. When ready to grill, add meat to skewer sticks
  4. Grill for 15 minutes, turning sides every 5 minutes (chicken cooks faster than pork so watch carefully)
