In a bowl, add marinade to chicken and cover
(or use a sealable bag) for 20 minutes
or longer (ideally overnight) and refrigerate.
Over medium heat on pre-heated BBQ or grill pan, grill chicken 15-20 minutes until cooked. Brush occasionally with excess marinade during first 10 minutes of cooking.

Heat oil in saucepan over medium hi heat, add
chicken and cook 5 minutes turning pieces to
brown evenly.
Add vegetables and 1 jar of sauce and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes (stirring occasionally).
Serve over cooked rice.
