Chili Mango
Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts *
  • 0.5 cup Chili Mango Marinade

* or use chicken thighs, pork, beef, lamb or vegetables

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add marinade to chicken and cover
    (or use a sealable bag) for 20 minutes
    or longer (ideally overnight) and refrigerate.

  • Step 2

    Over medium heat on pre-heated BBQ or grill pan, grill chicken 15-20 minutes until cooked. Brush occasionally with excess marinade during first 10 minutes of cooking.

  • Step 3

    Serve with vegetables and rice,
    noodles or potatoes.

Adobo

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into 2cm cubes
    (or substitute beef, pork or tofu)
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables *
  • 1 jar Coconut Adobo cooking sauce (400ml)

* snap peas or bok choy and bell peppers

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in saucepan over medium hi heat, add
    chicken and cook 5 minutes turning pieces to
    brown evenly.

  • Step 2

    Add vegetables and 1 jar of sauce and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes (stirring occasionally).

  • Step 3

    Serve over cooked rice.

Kare Kare
Toasted Peanut

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 450g beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables
  • 1 jar Kare Kare Toasted Peanut cooking
    sauce (400ml)

* or substitute chicken, pork or tofu

** green beans and bell peppers

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
  • Step 1

    Heat oil in saucepan over medium hi heat, add
    beef and cook 5 minutes turning pieces to
    brown evenly.

  • Step 2

    Add vegetables and 1 jar of sauce and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes (stirring occasionally).

  • Step 3

    Serve over cooked rice.
